This charming villa is situated on the hillside just above the delightful village of Kalkan with spectacular views over Turkey’s Turquoise Mediterranean coast. It is a 8 minute walk down to the village. All apartments are furnished and equipped to a very high standard – used regularly by the owners and their family. They each have their own roof terrace, veranda or private patio, and share the use of the vine terrace and the pool terrace. The apartments can be booked separately or together, and are ideal for the extended family or friends holidaying as a party.

The Rooftop Apartment was added in 2003. It has a separate access from the road, and there is an internal staircase from the private roof terrace which allows access to the entrance of the Veranda apartment.

There is a double bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom, a very large lounge with fully furnished kitchen area off, and spectacular views from large picture windows. A very large private roof terrace allows panoramic views over Kalkan and the Bay and islands.
