This well-maintained 1 bedroom apartment is set between Kalamar and Kalkan. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen/sitting area and balcony which can seat 3-4 people. A DVD player and Ipod speakers are available for use. The apartment shares a large swimming pool and various terrace areas. There is a sea view from the balcony and it is only a 5-10 minute walk down to Kalamar bay. The apartment is well equipped and generally only used by the owner. Guests receive a welcome pack on arrival and the apartment is cleaned weekly with full linen change.
