		This modern, fully air-conditioned villa with its own private pool is situated just above Kalamar bay. The villa benefits from welcome breezes during the hot summer days, being slightly elevated above sea level. The large pool terrace has its own sunbeds and sunshades. There are many different terrace areas around the villa.
		Villa Beloulou consists of a large sitting area and dining area, well equipped separate kitchen, three bedrooms (2 double (one with extra bed), 1 twin) with ensuite shower/wc, roof terrace, large pool and sun-bathing area. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people.
		With magnificent views of Kalamar bay, the villa provides a perfectly peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. To walk into the village of Kalkan takes approximately 25 minutes. If you wish to rent a car, this can be organised prior to your arrival. The villa is cleaned and linen changed weekly.
