		Villa Mercan consists of two apartments which can be let individually or as a whole. It is located on the hillside in Kisla, on the east side of Kalkan. The sea and beach area is only 5 minutes away from the villa, and it is an ideal area for swimming and snorkelling. The villa has its own small pool.
The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single - which are airconditioned. There is a good sized kitchen/sitting area which leads on to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and wc.
		The first floor apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms - 1 double ensuite with balcony and 1 twin. There is a z-bed which can also be used. The lounge/kitchen is a spacious area with a balcony overlooking the bay and islands. The villa has a roof terrace, and is tastefully decorated throughout.

Note: Price includes daily car/minibus to Kalkan at 10am or at agreed time, cleaning 3 times weekly with linen change once weekly. Back
