Built in the traditional style of the formerly Greek houses, its whitewashed walls are offset with climbing bougainvillaea, wooden balconies and wooden shutters. The delightful walled garden backs onto a small square, shaded by trees and with wonderful views over the bay.

In addition to the highly sought after rooftop terrace and private garden area, the house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, kitchen and living room. The living area contains sofa beds should they be required as additional sleeping areas. The house is fully air-conditioned, decorated tastefully and has everything required for a perfect, relaxing holiday.

This original area of Kalkan provides visitors with a taste of real Turkish life, being the home of several Kalkan families who still reside in the area. It is regularly used as a holiday home by the owners, who are more than happy to share the experience by allowing holiday rents to other friends and families.
