This well-built, newly furnished villa is set in the Kisla side of Kalkan, just a couple of minutes walk from the sea.
		The ground floor consists of an entrance hall leading into an open plan large sitting and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and downstairs WC.
		Wide stairs lead up to the first floor which has a double bedroom and twin bedroom, both spacious and with en-suite bathrooms.
		The second floor also has one double bedroom and twin bedroom, both spacious and with en-suite bathrooms.
The roof terrace is large with wonderful views of the bay and Kalkan centre. At the front of the house, there is a large terrace area with pool and stunning views of both Kalkan and the bay. At the back of the house, there is a shaded terrace area and also a garden. The villa is air conditioned throughout.
