This beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa with its own private pool is decorated and furnished to extremely high standards. Slightly elevated from the village centre, the villa benefits from welcome breezes during the hot summer days. The large pool terrace has its own comfortable sunbeds, sunshades, hammock and barbecue facilities. Non smokers are preferred.

The holiday villa consists of a large sitting area, with both double and single sofa bed, quality cd player and fireplace, well equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with ensuite shower/wc, one seperate shower/wc, roof terrace, large pool and sun-bathing area. The twin bedroom has a 3rd single bed if required. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, but is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.

With magnificent views of the bay of Kalkan and mountains, the villa provides a perfectly peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. To walk into the village of Kalkan takes approximately 20 minutes. If you wish to rent a car, this can be organised prior to your arrival.

The villa is cleaned and linen changed weekly.
