location with spectacular views of the bay and harbour, the villa
is built on 4 floors with its own private swimming pool and roof
terrace. The villa is divided into two apartments with connecting
stairs/lockable door, but is only being rented as a whole villa.

| The 'top half'
of the villa is made up of a roof terrace with stunning views, and
on the same level an open area with twin beds, built in cupboards
and floor-standing fan. On the next level down is an extremely spacious
king-size bedroom, overlooking the sea, with large wardrobes and storage
space, a sofa bed and air conditioning. There is also a good-sized
bathroom with bath/shower, wc and washbasin. The ground floor comprises
of a fully furnished, air-conditioned lounge and dining room opening
on to a large terrace area which is furnished with table and chairs,
and steps leading down to the pool area. The modern kitchen is equipped
with cooker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, china,
glass and utensils.

The lower part of the villa has its own lounge, dining room and kitchen with french doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with air conditioning and double bed, and one with twin beds and floor-standing fan. The twin room has its own access, with en-suite shower and wc. There is another bathroom in this lower apartment with shower, wc and hand basin, and also a well equipped kitchen. |
