This traditional yet ultra modern villa is situated in the Lykia villas in the centre of Kalkan. The 4 bedroom villa has its own heated pool with a water jet-propulsion system for swimming exercise. It also has use of a large shared pool, just 1-2 minutes' walk away.
The ground floor is split level and open plan, with an area for the kitchen, large spacious sitting area, and inside dining area. Kitchen cupboards have been designed for ultimate ease and cleanliness - a simple touch and the cupboard open, and a hidden button closes them. The kitchen has a breakfast bar/computer area.

There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The twin room has a separate bathroom across the corridor. Air conditioning has been installed to work in the bathrooms and toilets as well as the bedrooms. The toilets have automatic flushes and are non-smelling.
The large roof terrace is perfectly furnished and offers amazing views of the bay, mountains and village. A smart kitchen and dining area has been added to the roof terrace (photos to follow).
Wifi access is available and car hire is not essential for the villa, which is a 3-4 minute walk into Kalkan. Pool heating is available when required.
