	This well-built, newly furnished villa is set in the Kisla side of Kalkan, just a 2-3 minutes walk from the sea. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall leading into an open plan large sitting and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and downstairs WC. Wifi, IPod speakers and satellite tv are available for your use. Wide stairs lead up to the first floor which has a double bedroom and twin bedroom, both spacious and with en-suite bathrooms.
	The second floor also has one double bedroom and twin bedroom, both spacious and with en-suite bathrooms. The 1st and 2nd floors have a shared balcony between the two bedrooms. The roof terrace is large with wonderful views of the bay and Kalkan centre. At the front of the house, there is a large terrace area with pool and stunning views of both Kalkan and the bay. At the back of the house, there is a shaded terrace area and also a garden.
